Precision architecture, built on trust
A private residential estate in Tashkent, laid out around a lake with a wooded island. The main villa, a winter garden with living quarters and a terrace stand on the east side; five villas and a private villa line the west and north, linked by garden paths and timber bridges over the water.
The estate also has two pool and spa buildings, dining halls for guests, a shared kitchen, an office, fire-pit seating areas, tennis and basketball courts, parking and a gatehouse with security. The low buildings are faced in light stone and brick, with pointed-arch portals and blue tile insets.
