Precision architecture, built on trust

A competition entry for a residential cluster on a hillside site in the northern part of Podgorica, between the city’s urban fabric and the open landscape near the Morača River. The scheme terraces four building types along the slope - stone-clad and brick blocks of four to six storeys around shared courtyards, playgrounds and stepped gardens - with ground-floor retail at the entrance.
The proposal reads the site’s topography and the city’s layered history as the starting point: a context-sensitive, landscape-integrated neighbourhood rather than a set of isolated objects.
