Precision architecture, built on trust
This modern private house concept in the city of Boytepa is located on a land plot of over 1,000 m², with a total enclosed area of 728.4 m². The project was developed based on the owner’s lifestyle, aesthetic preferences, and comfort requirements.
The house is designed with three levels (basement, first floor, and second floor), ensuring functionality and independence for each zone.
