Precision architecture, built on trust

As part of this project developed by the Mizan team, the existing building will be reconstructed, combining the historical architectural spirit of Bukhara with contemporary hotel architecture.
The facade design reinterprets the traditional rhythm, portals, and decorative elements characteristic of Bukhara’s architecture in a modern way. Clay plaster, decorative brickwork, majolica, and metal details with a wood-like texture were used to create a new appearance that harmonizes with Bukhara’s architectural identity.
After reconstruction, the 8-storey complex will accommodate 80 hotel rooms. The total floor area of the building will be 6,690 m².
