Precision architecture, built on trust

A proposal for Bobur Park in Andijan, the city of Zahiriddin Muhammad Babur’s birth. The park is laid out on a formal axis: a ceremonial gate with the equestrian monument, arcaded pavilions around a reflecting pool, a white mausoleum-like pavilion at the far end, and gardens of cypress and flowering trees between them.
The park covers 43 hectares, with gardens, circular plazas, sports and children’s zones, and parking for 565 cars.
